I conduct negotiations with real market analysis. The objective is the best outcome, not the fastest.

I specialise in Lisbon — historic centre, Chiado, Lapa, Estrela, Príncipe Real, Avenidas. I also assist with operations in the metropolitan area and the Algarve on occasion.
Yes. Many clients have both operations linked. I structure the process so one does not jeopardise the other.
I present the fee structure at the first meeting, in writing. It varies according to the nature and complexity of the mandate.
I prefer exclusivity, but I assess on a case-by-case basis. For private sales or specific contexts, I can agree non-exclusive terms.
Yes. I have experience with NHR, Golden Visa and D7. The process can be conducted in English.
It depends on the market and the transaction. A well-prepared purchase can close in 60–90 days. A discreet, well-prepared sale can be even faster.
I carry out market valuations for decision-making — with real comparables and cycle analysis. I do not issue certified appraiser reports.
